No, the points are personal and non-transferable.
How are points calculated?
Points are automatically added with every purchase based on the invoice value (50 points for every 1
KWD spent). Each 1,000 points equals 1 KWD when redeemed.
For example:
If a customer makes a purchase worth 20 KWD, they will earn 1,000 points, equivalent to 1.000 KWD (one
Kuwaiti Dinar), which represents a 5% cashback on the invoice value.
Do points apply to all products?
Yes.
When do points appear in the customer’s
account?
- In-store purchases: Immediately after payment and receipt.
- Website/Application: After the product is delivered to the customer’s location.
How can points be redeemed?
